Standard studio rentals are $125 per hour. Workshops, classes, podcast productions, group sessions, and intimate events may require a two-hour minimum and separate pricing.

Yes. Our podcast area can accommodate solo episodes, interviews, panel conversations, and video podcasts. Podcast sets and equipment are available only when included with your selected booking. We recommend bringing any essential or backup equipment required for your production.

Yes, with advance approval. KAAF Studios can accommodate select birthday celebrations, bridal and baby showers, workshops, networking mixers, launch events, and private gatherings. Event pricing, capacity, deposits, insurance requirements, and rental terms may differ from standard studio bookings.

Yes. Outside equipment, props, and set pieces are welcome as long as they are clean, safe, and will not damage the floors, walls, furniture, or studio equipment. Anything involving food, liquids, confetti, glitter, fake snow, adhesives, or other messy materials must be approved in advance.

You may reserve the studio for the available duration shown on the booking calendar. Your reserved time includes arrival, load-in, setup, your session, cleanup, and departure. Arriving late does not extend your booking.

Yes, but everyone attending must be included in your booking details. Large groups, rotating clients, mini sessions, workshops, and productions involving multiple creators must be disclosed and approved in advance.

Not at all. KAAF Studios is open to professionals, beginners, entrepreneurs, families, brands, and anyone who needs a well-equipped and versatile space to create.

Studio rentals are self-service unless staff assistance is specifically included in your booking. Please review the access instructions and ask any equipment or setup questions before your reservation begins.

All bookings and payments are non-refundable. As a one-time courtesy, KAAF Studios may apply your payment as a credit toward a rescheduled rental taking place within 14 calendar days of the original date, subject to availability. Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to that platform’s policies.

Additional time may be purchased only if the studio is available. Unapproved overtime will be charged at the current hourly rate. Please plan to complete your cleanup and leave the studio before your reservation ends.
